Barratt Strategic and Taylor Wimpey, as major house builders, are working together with South Northamptonshire Council, to bring forward a new sustainable community which fits with the wider vision for the planned economic growth of Brackley.
As you may be aware, the council has consulted widely on their vision for the future of Brackley as set out in their Brackley Masterplan, which has now been adopted as part of their planning policy.
We consider ourselves to be in the privileged position of being able to support the council and the wider community in achieving the vision as set out in the Brackley Masterplan.

The pre-submission Joint Core Strategy was approved by the Joint Strategic Planning Committee on 31 January 2011 and included an allocation for Brackley North. Formal consultation on this document starts on 17th February and lasts for six weeks.
