The proposed Local Centre will provide a range of services to be decided upon in due course, but which could include shops, restaurants, cafes and takeaways, together with some residential accommodation to create an attractive local centre.

Provision will also be made for a community facility (for example, a village hall) within the local centre. Brackley Town council is currently consulting with local groups on options for the community centre.
