The proposed development will provide a variety of landscape and recreational facilities including a number of children’s play areas catering for the needs of both the very young and older children.

The northern countryside edge will provide accessible green space and areas to enhance the ecological value of the site.

Drainage
The surface water runoff from the development will be managed through the provision of a Sustainable Drainage system comprising a range of solutions including the use of soakaways, infiltration trenches, permeable pavements, grassed swales, ponds and wetlands to provide the most effective means of reducing and mitigating flood risk.
