We are committed to early community engagement and held three public exhibitions prior to the submission of the outline planning application.

A stakeholder workshop was held at South Northamptonshire Council in January 2010. This brought together local councillors and council officers, and key local stakeholders including utility providers, the emergency services, Brackley Town Council and local interest groups.

Consultation and discussion with the council has been ongoing, with the creation of a Steering Group and Topic Groups which again brought together local councillors, statutory consultees alongside the council officers. As a result of these discussions, South Northamptonshire Council requested amendments to the masterplan for which a further public exhibition was held in February 2011.

We will continue to work with local residents and councillors, community groups and businesses as the proposals develop.
